Dr. Thien-Trang (TT) Dao brings a unique blend of healthcare, management, and business experience to Grant-Shannon. As a licensed optometrist and owner of multiple healthcare practices, she has spent her career building teams, developing efficient processes, and creating exceptional experiences for both patients and employees.

TT enjoys helping organizations operate more effectively and believes that strong relationships, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication are the foundation of any successful business. She supports many of the firm's operational and administrative initiatives, helping ensure a high level of service for clients, candidates, and team members alike. Known for her organization, responsiveness, and people-first approach, TT is passionate about creating systems and experiences that allow others to succeed.

Outside of work, TT enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, Barry, their two children and their dog, Tackle. As a family, they are always looking for their next adventure and great meal to share together.
