Jessica Vogel brings more than 14 years of recruiting experience and a genuine passion for helping people find opportunities where they can thrive. She was drawn to recruiting because of the impact the right job—or the right hire—can have on someone's life, and she considers it a privilege to play a role in that process.

Jessica especially enjoys creating those "perfect match" moments between clients and candidates who may never have found each other otherwise. Known for her intuition and active listening skills, she has a unique ability to quickly understand what motivates people and identify opportunities that align with their goals. Her clients and candidates appreciate her thoughtful approach, honest communication, and commitment to building true partnerships throughout the hiring process.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, cat, and Labernese. She loves caring for her indoor and outdoor plants, staying active in her church community, and filling her calendar with coffee dates, family adventures, and time with friends.
