Jennifer Strack
Jennifer brings more than 12 years of recruiting experience and a genuine passion for helping people navigate important career and hiring decisions. After a dear friend encouraged her to explore recruiting, she quickly realized she had found her calling. Since then, she has found great fulfillment in helping clients find exceptional talent and connecting candidates with opportunities where they can grow and succeed.

Jennifer especially enjoys the behind-the-scenes work of recruiting, listening carefully, understanding needs, and bringing together clients and candidates who are a great fit for one another. Known for her honesty, diligence, and thoughtful approach, she values clear communication and realistic expectations. Clients and candidates can expect a responsive partner who listens carefully, communicates openly, and is committed to making the hiring process as seamless as possible.

Jennifer lives in St. Paul with her husband, three children, and two Labrador Retrievers. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, following the weather, and volunteering her landscaping talents with Brighter Days Family Grief Center, a cause that is especially meaningful to her. Prior to joining Grant-Shannon, she owned her own landscaping business and continues to enjoy creating beautiful outdoor spaces whenever she can.
