Barry Case
Dr. Barry Case brings an entrepreneurial mindset and relationship-focused approach to Grant-Shannon. After building and growing multiple healthcare businesses, he developed a passion for connecting with people, solving problems, and helping organizations achieve their goals through great hiring decisions.

In addition to his business leadership experience, Barry has recruited and hired numerous healthcare professionals throughout his career, including optometrists, managers, technicians, and support staff. He enjoys learning about each client's unique challenges and serving as a trusted resource throughout the hiring process. Barry believes successful recruiting is built on strong relationships, honest communication, and a genuine understanding of both client and candidate needs.

Outside of work, Barry enjoys fitness, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, TT, their two children, and their dog, Tackle. He especially enjoys sharing new experiences, great food, and memorable adventures with family and friends.
