Honors Badger Players & Coach in 2004
ACHA
All American Awards:
- Forward,
Cyndi Wisted and goaltender, Laura Dickman earned 1st-Team All
American honors. Wisted lead the team with 26 goals including 6 game winners
and 6 power play goals. Dickman's performance between the pipes was rock soild.
She held a 1.23 GAA and had 10 shutouts including 2 in the national tournament.
Both Laura and Cyndi were voted co-Team MVP by their peers. More
- Forward,
Katie Ball earned Honorable Mention for her performance this season.
She led the team in scoring for the second time in two years.

#21 Cyndi Wisted's two hat tricks at natl's helped
earn her 1st Team All American & 2004 ACHA Tournament MVP.

Laura Dickman earned 1st Team All American honors. Her 1.00 GAA during
nationals helped the team win a national title.

#77 Katie Ball's team leading 44 pts earned her All
American honorable mention and 2nd Team
All Tournament.

Coach of the Year
Head
Coach, Chris Uschan was selected 2004 "Coach of the Year" by
the ACHA Coaches. With Uschan behind the bench, the Badgers have won two ACHA
National Championship titles (2002 & 2004), and is on record for being the
first and only team to achieve this feat in the division. The team has also
appeared in every national tournament since the origination of the division
in 2000-2001, where they have finished 6th, 1st, 2nd and 1st respectively.
Under his leadership,
he has produced 9 First Team All Americans, 1 Player of the Year, 1 National
Tournament MVP, and 9 Academic All Americans. More

Academic Awards:
- Junior
forward, Allison Rademaker and Graduate student, Nicole Krumrei
were selected to the All Academic team. Rademaker, a Child Development major
holds a 3.62 gpa while Krumrei, a 2nd-year Medical student has a 3.58 gpa.
