From Downtown
If you are walking outside, the Rand Tower is located across the street (diagonally) from the Wells Fargo Tower. You can also reach our office by Skyway.

From 94 going East
Take the Hennepin Avenue exit
Turn left at first stop sign (labeled Dunwoody, which becomes Hennepin)
Take Hennepin to 6th Street
Turn right onto 6th Street
Turn left on Marquette Avenue South
We are on the corner of 6th St. South and Marquette.

Take the 11th Street exit
Stay on 11th Street (curves to the left)
Turn right on Marquette Avenue South

Follow "Downtown Exits"

Take the 11th Street/Grant exit
and go north

Stay on 11th which curves to the left

Turn right on Marquette Avenue South

Take Washington Avenue exit
Turn right onto Washington Avenue
Turn left onto 4th Avenue South
Turn right onto 7th Street
Turn right onto Marquette Avenue

From 394 going East
Take 6th Street exit-stay on 6th
Turn left on Marquette Avenue South

Ramp Parking closest to our office $$$ - There is ramp parking immediately on the right after crossing 6th Street. Take the parking ramp's elevator to the 2nd floor. Go through door that reads "To Rand Tower Skyway." Rand Tower elevator banks are around the corner. Take elevator to the 14th floor.

Ramp Parking one block away $$ - Northstar Parking entrances are from 6th Street, 7th Street or 2nd Avenue South. This ramp is skyway connected however navigating the skyway from this parking lot can be tricky if you are not familiar with the downtown area.

Outside Parking one block away $ - On Marquette, there are two parking lots on the left side after you cross 5th Street. Both are open air lots and accept cash only. They are much less expensive, but will require walking outside about 1 block to get to Rand Tower. Once parked, cross Marquette Avenue and walk back in the direction you just drove. Rand Tower is on the corner of 6th Street and Marquette. Look for "Rand Tower" signs on the outside of the building rather than the address. Inside, take elevator to the 14th floor.
